This is an interesting paper and I appreciate the effort. As a care taker of a pancreatic cancer spouse who has survived 30 months so far. We hope to have continued success. But recently we’ve had to change to a second line chemotherapy regime. We continue to use 1.5mg/kg/day of ivermectin plus 1500 mg of fenben plus IV Vitamin C and a daily regimen of vitamins supplements, etc. Unfortunately the paper does not recognize that there are many different mutations of KRAS which were not identified. So I wonder what those who had successful results were dealing with in their cancer. All KRAS mutations do not react the same. I understand it has to do with anomalous amino acids. So is it fare to say that pancreatic cancer cannot be handle in a generic way?
